The homes had to be made more sustainable in a short period of time, within clear constraints:
• Only approx. 1 m² of installation space per dwelling

The solution
An indoor heat pump has been chosen, in combination with the Burgerhout Elytra combined roof duct.
The heat pump requires efficient supply and exhaust of air. By combining these in a single roof vent, the installation remains compact and can be easily adapted within the available space.
